These materials are both stored and constructed under roof. Standard 2 x 4 walls can have Energy Efficiency Ratings of R-19 sidewall and R-30 ceiling and greater with 2 x6 sidewalls. If you follow 1 of 3, Eagles Nest Homes Building Programs Available, the builder suggests when to buy the home package. If not, you can order the package and do-it-all yourself. We will send you the road map, construction binder and a free construction DVD.
